What will Euphoric cost?
Planned launch pricing is €0.0432 an hour for a small application (€31.54 running a full month) and €0.0540 an hour for more room (€39.42 a month), excluding VAT. Usage is billed per second from prepaid credit, under a spending ceiling you set per application. These prices are not purchasable yet: Euphoric is in private development and charges nothing today.

Every application includes
- Its own virtual machine in an EU data centre, not a shared container host.
- An HTTPS address at
<name>.euphoric-app.euand a public IPv4 address, which is what a hosted MCP server needs. - 1 TB of outbound traffic a month.
- Bounded container logs, release replacement and configuration export.
- A lifetime spending ceiling and an optional stop time.
How prepaid billing works
Add credit first; the minimum top-up is planned at €10. Running time is charged per second once the application is ready. When credit or the application's ceiling runs out, the application is suspended. Suspended applications are kept for 72 hours without runtime charges, then deleted. Adding credit never resumes an application on its own: resume it explicitly before its retention deadline.
The ceiling covers the application's whole lifetime, not a calendar month. Stopping does not undo usage already recorded. If a server cannot be reached, its commitment stays reserved until its stop is confirmed. An operator hold also needs an operator release; funding cannot clear it.
Payment will be by card through Stripe, and agents will be able to pay with Stripe Shared Payment Tokens. Both are implemented against Stripe's test mode only; no real money is accepted.
Why not the price of a bare server?
A bare virtual server costs less. What the price covers is everything an agent cannot do with one: buy hosting without a human account or card form, stay under a hard spending limit, retry safely, receive HTTPS and logs without administering a machine, and have the server stopped and removed when the money runs out.
Not included yet
Source builds, databases and volumes, background workers and scheduled jobs, backups of application data, custom domains and human account claim are planned. They will be priced separately when they exist.
